6th LACES Program Begins

LACES: is the only organization of its kind in Los Angeles County dedicated to serving the HIV/AIDS related civil legal needs of persons living with HIV or AIDS. HALSA's legal services assist individuals to improve the conditions of poverty, address economic barriers to accessing primary care/treatment and support services and enhance re-entry into the workplace.
