The Young Storytellers Foundation provides a mentoring program that offers a means of self-expression to kids at a time when public schools have dwindling opportunities for artistic and creative activities within the established curriculum. Over the course of our six-week program, we pair 10 elementary school students with 10 volunteers, who guide and encourage students as they imagine, develop, and write their own short screenplay.
